Magnussen: Rule changes will help me

– Kevin Magnussen reckons his Formula 1 arrival will be helped by the sport's regulation overhaul, with drivers facing an unprecedented technical challenge when pre-season testing begins at Jerez next week. The Dane, 21, makes his graduation to the top echelon after racing to last year's Formula Renault 3.5 crown and, although he says it is impossible to be fully prepared, he is feeling optimistic about what lies ahead.
