Hulkenberg: Regulations provide an opportunity

Sahara Force India Nico Hulkenberg says that Formula 1's new regulations could provide the opportunity for a midfield team to surprise - but warned that it might not be in a positive manner. Hulkenberg returns to Force India this season after a year racing for Sauber and believes that the new regulations - which include the introduction of 'power units' - could aid, or hinder, a midfield outfit. "I think it could be an opportunity, but it works in both directions, because the regulations are really so different," he said.
