Williams fires up FW36

Sutton Images Enlarge Williams has fired up its 2014 car for the first time at its factory in Grove, Oxfordshire. The team has yet to confirm when its new car will be launched, but tweeted on Saturday that the engine was fired up for the first time. The car will be called the FW36 and Sir Frank Williams was at the factory to witness the new Mercedes engine being started. Frank in race bay this evening as the FW36 fires up for the first time! 2014 starts here......— Williams F1 Team (@WilliamsF1Team) January 18, 2014 Williams will use Mercedes engines for the first time this year after switching from Renault over the winter.
