Sauber launch announced
Sauber are to unveil their C33 chassis online on Sunday January 26, two days before pre-season testing starts in earnest at Jerez.Entering what they called "a new era of Formula One", the Swiss team are sticking with Ferrari power in the shape of the Italian marque's V6 turbo engine. The car does, however, have a new chief designer, with Eric Gandelin taking charge after Matt Morris departed for McLaren last year.
Of course, Sauber also have a new driver line-up, with Adrian Sutil arriving to partner Esteban Gutierrez. The team finished seventh in the 2013 Constructors' Championship with 57 points.
