F1 2014 – Lotus to miss first test

The Lotus f1 team have confirmed they will not be attending the first pre-season test in Jerez, giving their selves more time to work on their 2014 formula one car.The decision could prove to leave the team starting off the 2014 Formula 1 on the back foot as a wave of new design and engine regulations take place.A team press release said “We’re going to keep our car under wraps a little longer than some other teams, We’ve decided that attending the Jerez test isn’t ideal for our build and development programme.“We are likely to unveil the car before attending the Bahrain tests, and in Bahrain we should really be able to put the car through its paces in representative...
