Horner expects 'rapid' development

Red Bull team boss Christian Horner reckons this year's Championship could see an early development race while reliability will be "fundamental" to success. Red Bull head into the 2014 Championship chasing a fifth successive double with Sebastian Vettel once again leading the team's charge. However, with major changes to the engine regulations, there is some hope amongst Red Bull's rivals that the playing field will be levelled. Horner, though, expects there will be a "rapid" rate of development at the start of the season and that it could play a crucial role in the outcome.
