Schumacher family thanks fans for support

Getty Images Enlarge Michael Schumacher's family has thanked fans for their support as the seven-time world champion remains in a critical condition following a skiing accident. Schumacher is in intensive care at a hospital in Grenoble after suffering serious head injuries during a fall at the French resort of Meribel on Sunday. He underwent surgery overnight but doctors stressed that he was still in a critical condition on Monday morning. Fans and fellow drivers took to social media to wish Schumacher well and express their support for his family.
