F1 2013 – Vettel, Alonso and Raikkonen to miss test

Sebastian Vettel, Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen will miss the upcoming Pirelli tyre test.Ferrari will be running Pedro De La Rosa and Jules Bianchi in order to 'demonstrate the progress he has made this year in F1.'
