Boullier: Maldonado may need 'fine-tuning'
Lotus F1 team principal Eric Boullier has admitted new signing Pastor Maldonado may need some 'fine-tuning' ahead of the 2014 F1 season.Maldonado dazzled on occasions with Williams and was sensational in Spain in 2012, en-route to his maiden win and the first for the men from Grove since Brazil 2004. However at other times he was far less impressive, but despite that erratic form, Boullier has reiterated his confidence in the Venezuelan.Boullier also added that in some respects the situation with Maldonado, is not that dissimilar to the one the Enstone-based outfit faced twelve months ago with Romain Grosjean.“He [Pastor] is a friendly guy, he's a fast guy.
