New McLaren driver Kevin Magnussen says Lewis Hamilton's success in his debut season is an encouragement as he prepares for 2014. The 21-year-old Dane will emulate Hamilton by entering Formula 1 with McLaren, who have signed him as Jenson Button's team-mate for next season.
