Sutton Images Enlarge Lotus team principal Eric Boullier is expecting a deal with new investors Quantum Motorsport to come to fruition next week and says his team has proof of the funds that have been promised. Lotus first announced the deal in June, but has not yet received the money it needs to properly plan for 2014. The delay has led to speculation that the deal may not happen, especially after Quantum Motorsport chairman Mansoor Ijaz said in Austin that the deal would be done this week.
