Tost: Ricciardo can match Vettel
Toro Rosso team principal Franz Tost believes Daniel Ricciardo can match Sebastian Vettel when the two become team-mates for the 2014 season.
The Aussie will replace countryman Mark Webber at Red Bull Racing next year to partner the recently crowned four-time world champion, who broke a new record for the most consecutive race wins in one season in Austin, Texas, last weekend.
When asked by the official Formula 1 website whether he was worried about Ricciardo's future at the Milton Keynes based squad, Tost replied: 'No, not at all. Daniel is a highly skilled driver who has quite some experience under his belt now so I am convinced that he can do a really good job alongside Sebastian.
