'Ecclestone paid team bosses $10 million'

Bernie Ecclestone made 10 million dollar payments to three team bosses to ensure the signing of a new Concorde Agreement in the late 1990s, it has been alleged. According to the lawyer of Constantin Medien, Ecclestone sent payments via Vulper Holdings, part of his family fund Bambino Holdings, to Eddie Jordan, Alain Prost and Tom Walkinshaw of Arrows before the commercial deal was signed back in 1998. On Thursday, Ecclestone claimed that he had no knowledge of the payments, and is quoted as saying by The Guardian: "The right person to speak to is the person that was dealing with this, because I don't know whatever it is and didn't have anything to do with it.
