Ricciardo: Q3 slot an achievement
Daniel Ricciardo admitted it was a 'good achievement' to make it into Q3 after snaring tenth on the grid for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix.The Toro Rosso driver produced one of the star turns of qualifying at the Yas Marina circuit to make it into the final phase of qualifying for the first time since the Singapore Grand Prix, with his Q2 lap in particular drawing praise from pundits watching on.Although he was then slowest in the top-ten shootout, Ricciardo said he was pleased with the result, even if adjustments made before the final phase of the session ultimately failed to deliver the desired results.“I think making it into Q3 was already a good achievement, after the difficulties I'd...
