Abiteboul: Quick decision needed on drivers

Caterham team boss Cyril Abiteboul says he is keen to secure his drivers for the 2014 season 'fairly quickly' because of the regulation changes coming into play in F1 next year.Although the team signed Charles Pic on a multi-year deal, it has yet to officially confirm the Frenchman for next season while Giedo van der Garde and Heikki Kovalainen are both in the running for a race seat for the 2014 campaign.Speaking at the Yas Marina circuit ahead of this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Abiteboul admitted that the Leafield-based team couldn't afford to wait as late as it did this season before confirming its line-up, with the Frenchman saying it was vital for team and drivers to have time to...
