Kvyat takes Abu Dhabi GP3 pole

Daniil Kvyat closed to within three points of the GP3 Championship lead after taking his second pole position of the season in Abu Dhabi. The Russian who last week was confirmed as a Toro Rosso driver in 2014 showed no sign of complacency despite securing the dream move as he dominated the session, finishing almost three tenths faster than Nick Yelloly to take the four points on offer for pole. Championship leader Facu Regalia did not fare as well, however, and will start tenth for Saturday afternoon's race. As for the title outsiders, Kevin Korjus is best placed in third, with Jack Harvey fifth, team-mate Conor Daly seventh and long-time leader Tio Ellinas down in 12th. Live on Sky Sports...
