Button: Perez deserves another season

Jenson Button says current team-mate Sergio Perez deserves another season at McLaren. The Mexican driver's future at the team has been under questioning for some time after a difficult first season, largely due to the tricky MP4-28. However a fifth place finish at the last round in India has lifted a weight off his shoulders. It is his first season at the Woking based squad after replacing Lewis Hamilton for 2013. Button feels that he deserves to stay at McLaren next year, as he has done a good job and proved his potential. He told the official F1 website: 'He deserves to be here next year anyway.
