Seb reprimanded for doughnuts
Sebastian Vettel has been reprimanded and Red Bull fined €25,000 for completing his post-Indian GP victory 'doughnuts' in the wake of securing his fourth successive world championship.At the end of his slow-down lap at the Buddh International Circuit on Sunday, Vettel broke with established F1 convention by continuing on to the pitstraight, rather than entering the pitlane and the mandatory parc ferme area, where he completed a number of celebatory smokey spins in his car on the track before getting out of the car and celebrating with the fans.
Although Vettel was widely lauded for the spontaneous , the action was nonetheless in breach of Article 43.3 of F1's Sporting Regulations...
