Alonso relying on 'luck' to win title
Fernando Alonso: "We need to be very, very lucky" Sutton Images Enlarge Related Links Race: Singapore Grand Prix Fernando Alonso says he needs to be "very, very lucky" to beat Sebastian Vettel in the drivers' championship after conceding another seven points to the German at the Singapore Grand Prix. Alonso finished second to Vettel for the third consecutive race in Singapore and is now 60 points shy of the Red Bull driver in the standings. With the Ferrari still unable to match the Red Bull in qualifying and on race pace, he said only luck could save his title chances now. "Sebastian keeps increasing the gap and we need to be realistic with that," he said....
