Gutierrez wants more 'aggression'

Esteban Gutierrez reckons Sauber need to adopt a more aggressive approach to qualifying in order to give them a helping hand on a Sunday. Still without a single World Championship point to his name, Gutierrez has struggled to work his way forward on a Sunday afternoon after disappointing outings on Saturdays. The Mexican rookie, who has netted a best qualifying position of P14 twice this season, has spent much of the year failing to make it out of Q1. Determined to put that right in the final seven races of his debut season, Gutierrez has urged his team to change their approach. "In qualifying, we've not been aggressive enough with strategy," the 22-year-old told Autosport....
