Prac Two: Vettel edges ahead in Singapore

Sebastian Vettel had the measure of his rivals in Friday night's practice at Singapore, dominating on the medium and supersoft tyres. Unlike the earlier session, Friday night's outing in Singapore got off to a frantic start with the drivers quickly getting down to business on the medium Pirelli tyres. Adrian Sutil set the first time of the night, a 1:51.1, but despite improving to a 1:49 soon found himself down in 14th place as his rivals upped the pace. The Red Bulls and Mercedes were soon engaged in an intriguing tussle before the Bulls pulled away.
