Hamilton hopeful of bouncing back

Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton says he is fully focused on bouncing back at this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, the Briton having endured a trying Monza event. After a shock elimination from the second phase of qualifying, Hamilton went on to finish the Italian race in ninth position, a result that saw him fall to 81 points [more than three race victories] adrift of Red Bull rival Sebastian Vettel in the standings. But with seven races remaining and 175 points still up for grabs, the former World Champion hopes Singapore will mark somewhat of a turning point for his team.
