Massa loses 2014 Ferrari seat, intends to race next year

Felipe Massa will not drive for Ferrari in 2014 but the Brazilian, who made the announcement late on Tuesday, stated that he intends to race in Formula 1 next season. “For next year, I want to find a team that can give me a competitive car to win many more races and challenge for the championship which remains my greatest objective!” he said. “Right now I want to push as hard as possible with Ferrari for the remaining seven races,” he added. Massa, who spent eight seasons at Maranello, is expected to be replaced by Kimi Raikkonen next year. MORE TO FOLLOW
