Raikkonen 11th on pure pace
Kimi Raikkonen said 11th place in qualifying for the Italian Grand Prix was a fair reflection of the Lotus pace this weekend. With both Raikkonen and team-mate Romain Grosjean dropping out in Q2 it is the first time that Lotus doesn't have a car in the top ten this season. However, Raikkonen said he wasn't surprised by the result of qualifying as Lotus was just not quick enough on a low-downforce track to qualify much higher. "That's our speed," Raikkonen said.
