Raikkonen ill, skips Thursday media commitments

Lotus pilot Kimi Raikkonen has been taken ill ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix and will miss the Thursday media sessions at the track.A short statement from Lotus gave no specific details, other than adding that 'he will be at the track' on Friday and ready for opening practice at the famous Spa-Francorchamps circuit.Raikkonen is currently at the centre of the F1 silly season, with speculation about his future still on-going and dominating headlines ahead of the eleventh round in the 2013 F1 World Championship.
