Lotus set to use DRD again in Belgium

Lotus has revealed that it is planning to re-evaluate its Drag Reduction Device (DRD) during this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps, with the flowing, high speed nature of the circuit lending itself to the team's passive concept. Having been tested throughout the 2012 campaign, the device finally made its race debut on Kimi Räikkönen's car at this year's British Grand Prix, but the outfit struggled to find an optimal working window and chose not to run it for the following two races. Speaking ahead of this weekend's race, Trackside Operations Director Alan Permane says a final decision has not been made, but the device is likely to be trialled again....
