McLaren rule out Spa victory

McLaren insist they are looking forward to the Belgian Grand Prix despite admitting they have no chance of taking victory.Last year Jenson Button qualified on pole for the Woking-based team and went on to dominate the race, eventually beating Sebastian Vettel by over 13 seconds. 2013, though, has been a difficult year for McLaren with the decision to opt for a radical new design backfiring as the team struggle to find pace with the MP4-28.
