McLaren still in no position to win races

Despite nearly a month off, McLaren will not field a potentially race winning car when the Formula 1 season resumes at the Belgian Grand Prix next weekend. Dogged by a poor car, neither of the two McLaren drivers has stepped on the podium this season as the British team continues to seek solutions to improve its challenger. But Spa-Francorchamps, where Jenson Button won by dominating from pole position last year, isn’t the venue where the team will up its ante. “We don’t go to Spa with the package to win, but I’ll still be making the most of every single lap around this place,” said Button, who hasn’t finished higher than fifth place this season....
