'Bottas has galvanised Williams'
Claire Williams believes Valtteri Bottas has done a "spectacular job" this season despite having yet to get off the mark.
Having joined Williams last season as their official test driver, Bottas made the step up to race driver in 2013, however, it's been a difficult debut season for the Finn.
The team's FW35 has proven to be uncompetitive, resulting in Bottas and his team-mate Pastor Maldonado struggling to score points. But while Maldonado broke his duck in Germany, Bottas has yet to get off the mark.
His lack of points, though, have not detracted from his performances, according to his deputy team principal.
