Grosjean's Lotus fails FIA floor test

"true">Romain Grosjean's Lotus has failed a front floor deflection test at the Hungaroring, putting the third-place starting position he achieved in qualifying under threat. The Frenchman trailed only Red Bull rival Sebastian Vettel and Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton in the final shootout phase, marking his best grid slot of the season so far. However, regular post-session inspections undertaken by governing body the FIA revealed that his E21 chassis did not comply with the technical regulations. "Car number 08 did not comply with Article 3.17.5 of the 2013 FIA Formula One Technical Regulations as the front floor deflected more than 5mm vertically when the load was applied...
