Concorde deal awaits final approval
The saga of the 2013 Concorde Agreement is drawing to a close after FOM and the FIA reached an agreement for its implementation.
This year's Championship got underway without a Concorde Agreement, the deal that governs the running of Formula One, in place.
And after months of being told that a new Agreement is on the horizon, a document has now been signed and the deal should be in place "in the coming weeks."
"The Formula 1 Group and the FIA have signed an agreement setting out the framework for implementation of the 2013 Concorde Agreement," read the statement.
"This agreement will come into force upon approval by the respective governing bodies of the signatory...
