Pirelli: A lot of the criticism unjustified

Pirelli motorsport director Paul Hembery believes a lot of the criticism aimed at them this season has been unjustified.The tyre manufacturer has come under the spotlight this year, following a number of tyre failures, most noticeably those experienced at the British Grand Prix, which in turn has led to changes being made to the rubber that teams will use in Budapest this weekend.Speaking to in an interview with N, Hembery added that one of the main problems with F1 is too much self-interest.“I think for a large part of the season - and let's take out Silverstone from that - then we feel it's been very unjustified a lot of the comments and it's made a lot of people [at Pirelli]...
