Red Bull Racing fined for unsafe release

Red Bull Racing have been fined 30,000 for the unsafe release that saw a cameraman hospitalised after he was hit by a stray wheel. There was a problem during Mark Webber's first pit stop and he was accidentally released into the pit lane with a loose right-rear wheel. It became detached and was sent down the pit-lane before unfortunately hitting FOM cameraman Paul Allen. An FIA press release confirmed that the injured cameraman was taken to hospital. There were several other unsafe released during the German Grand Prix including Paul Di Resta's Force India who was released into the path of the Toro Rosso of Jean-Eric Vergne.
