F1 2013 – FIA Tribunal: Brawn “inevitable” to gain from test

Ross Brawn has spoken at the FIA tribunal into the Mercedes-Pirelli tyre test and stated that it was “inevitable” his team would gain something from the test but stated there was no clear competitive advantageWhen asked if his team benefited, Brawn said 'I don't see how, we didn't know what the tyres were; we didn't know what the detail objectives were of what Pirelli were doing.'We always work on the principle that no information is better than bad information.
