Marshal killed by crane at Canadian Grand Prix 10 June, 2013 The crashed Sauber of Esteban Gutierrez is retrieved (Not: It is not known if one of the marshals pictured was the one killed) A marshal at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal was killed on Sunday when he was run over by a mobile crane at the end of the Formula One race, the sport's governing body said. The International Automobile Federation (FIA) released a statement saying the marshal, a member of the Notre Dame Automobile Club, had died in a Montreal hospital from the injuries he sustained.
