Brawn fending for himself in Montreal

The Friday Press Conference involving the Team Principals and Pirelli’s Paul Hembery at this weekend’s Canadian Grand Prix was to further show the strains between the heads of just some of the teams that compete in the F1 world, which were Mercedes AMG Petronas’ Ross Brawn, Scuderia Ferrari’s Stefano Domenicali, Sauber F1 Team’s Monisha Kaltenborn, Vodafone McLaren Mercedes’ Martin Witmarsh and Infiniti Red Bull Racing’s Christian Horner. Under the advice of lawyers, Hembery was announced as a no-show for the televised broadcast, which would see a lot of the one-way traffic directed to Brawn himself, with there not being a lot said by the other people in attendance.
