Red Bull deny Allison heading their way

Red Bull have confirmed that James Allison will not be joining their technical team next season, despite persistant rumours to the contrary. The former-Lotus technical director has been linked to several outfits including Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren and most recently the triple world champions. Some believe Adrian Newey is looking to retire from Formula 1 at the end of next season, and they believe Allison would be the perfect replacement, but Red Bull denied the news on their Twitter feed. "There are a few rumours circulating today, but we can confirm that James Allison is not joining Infiniti Red Bull Racing," they stated.
