Pirelli, Merc face FIA Tribunal
Mercedes and Pirelli are facing an investigation from the FIA's International Tribunal regarding the secret tyre test it completed recently.
Ferrari, however, are cleared of any wrong-doing since it used its 2011 car when it conducted similar tests with the F1 tyre manufacturer.
The Mercedes test at Barcelona was referred to Monaco Grand Prix stewards after both Ferrari and Red Bull lodged a formal complaint to the FIA.
The sport's governing body had been waiting for a steward's report from the Monaco Grand Prix a fortnight ago before making a ruling on whether Mercedes had a case to answer to or not.
