Hamilton: 'Car almost there, pace looks good'

Lewis Hamilton made a 'positive start' on Thursday in practice for the F1 2013 Monaco Grand Prix.The Brit was fifth fastest in the morning session, and despite saying he wasn't happy with his one lap pace, he improved in the afternoon and finished up 'best of the rest', 0.318 seconds off his Mercedes team-mate, Nico Rosberg.Speaking after FP2, Hamilton also added that he was happy with how his car was performing on the long runs too, something the Brackley-based squad has struggled with in recent races, with both Hamilton and Rosberg dropping back through the field as a result.“It's been a positive start for us today and I'm pleased with what we have achieved here in Monaco,” Hamilton...
