Lowdon tight-lipped on lack of deal

Graeme Lowdon has refused to comment on Marussia's lack of a Concorde Agreement even though it means the team could cost the team millions. Earlier this week Bernie Ecclestone announced plans to shake up Formula One's prize fund and limit the number of teams eligible for fund to just the top ten. Added to that he is also only signing commercial agreements with the top ten from 2012 meaning Marussia have been left without a deal. Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Ecclestone said "they don't have a commercial agreement because they are not in the top ten. We pay the top ten, that's what we do."
