No cockpit warning lights for Bahrain

Formula 1 drivers will once again race without cockpit warning lights during this afternoon's Bahrain Grand Prix, with the issues affecting governing body the FIA's electronic marshalling system continuing after the first three events of the season. Having switched its telemetry supplier for 2013, the FIA has endured issues from the first race in Australia. Although the problems have largely been ironed out, with Race Director Charlie Whiting confident over the marshalling lights and GPS aspects of the system, there are still concerns significant enough for it to be shut off this afternoon.
