Da Costa bounces back with victory

Red Bull young driver Antonio Felix da Costa emerged victorious after a close second race in the opening round of the Formula Renault 3.5 Series at Monza. da Costa retired from the opening race of the year yesterday following a puncture but bounced back by taking pole position for Race 2. Stoffel Vandoorne, who won the first race on Saturday, lined up alongside da Costa on the front row of the grid and took the lead down into the first corner. The Portuguese driver swiftly retook the lead of the race amid an eight car battle for the lead during the opening couple of laps.
