Ecclestone backs Vettel over team-order saga

Bernie Ecclestone has come out in support of Sebastian Vettel after the German was criticised heavily from within and outside of the paddock for ignoring team-orders. The 82-year-old, who is a good friend of Vettel's with the pair often seen playing backgammon together, says team orders shouldn't come into plat at such an early stage in the season. "At this stage of the championship, I do not believe there should be any team orders. It does not matter who it is," he told the Telegraph. "Let’s assume that these two guys are in a position to win the championship at the end of the year, then there is no way that Mark [Webber] is going to help Sebastian," he added....
