Supermodel inspires Vettel to name his car Hungry Heidi
Sebastian Vettel has continued his tradition of naming his Formula 1 cars by deciding to call this season’s challenger ‘Hungry Heidi’, after German-American supermodel Heidi Klum. The name was chosen with the Red Bull crew after a long and funny discussion in a Melbourne steakhouse on Wednesday night, according to the Bild. Heidi Klum, who had briefly dated former team owner Flavio Briatore [PHOTO], was the inspiration for the new moniker. However, Gunther Klum, Heidi's father, clarified that Vettel and the supermodel do not even know each other. “But of course it is a nice touch,' Klum Sr told the Bild.
