Ma Qing Hua gets test outing at Jerez

Former HRT reserve driver Ma Qing Hua will get behind the wheel of a GP2 car at the Circuito de Jerez later this week, having secured a test outing with Caterham Racing. After becoming the first ever Chinese driver to compete in an official Formula 1 session during practice for the 2012 Italian Grand Prix, the 24-year-old made three more Friday outings. He is now assessing the possibility of joining the feeder series. "I am looking forward to testing with Caterham Racing in Jerez next week," Ma said of his maiden GP2 experience.
