Ferrari to launch new car in February

Ferrari will launch its new Formula 1 car at its Maranello base in early February, prior to the first pre-season test at Jerez in Spain.Although the Italian outfit has not confirmed the exact date of the launch, it stated on Tuesday that it was on course to unveil its new challenger before testing begins on February 5. It is likely that the new car will be launched on the weekend before the test - either February 2 or 3 – so it has enough time to travel to Spain.Ferrari has also this week commenced work on new facilities at Maranello, which will house the offices and workshops for the F1 team in the future.
