Di Montezemolo tones down political plans

Luca di Montezemolo has announced that he will not run for a seat in the Italian Parliament this year. The 65-year-old, who established the Italia Futura political association back in 2009, is instead set to focus on his Ferrari presidency. 'I will not run for a seat,' di Montezemolo told Italy's La Repubblica newspaper. 'I will leave it to the many qualified people who have supported and worked for the association in the past few years. It is only fair that they are the key players.'
