McLaren aiming to start 2013 with 2012 momentum

The new-look McLaren line-up will be looking to repeat its recent victories in the season-opening Australian Grand Prix in an effort to get its 2013 F1 campaign off to the best of starts.Despite Jenson Button having won two of his three Melbourne starts with the Woking team, neither led to a world championship, but sporting director Sam Michael acknowledges that McLaren needs to start strongly again if it is to take the challenge to its main rivals in next year's world championship.Wins for Lewis Hamilton in the USA and Button in Brazil send McLaren into the winter break on a high, and Michael is confident that the momentum can be carried over to next season.
