Force India: Funds not the decider

Force India insist talent and not sponsorship is the vital criteria in deciding their second driver for next season. Having lost Nico Hulkenberg to Sauber at the end of the 2012 Championship, Force India are in need of a new driver to partner Paul di Resta. Several have been linked to the team including test driver Jules Bianchi, former driver Adrian Sutil and Kamui Kobayashi. However, when it comes to making the decision, chief operating officer Otmar Szafnauer insists money won't be the deciding factor but rather they'll be signing someone who can push di Resta.
