Red Bull says it is pleased, but not surprised that it has no case to answer over Sebastian Vettel's alleged yellow flag overtake in Brazil, with governing body the FIA confiming the pass was legal. Although the German's Lap 4 move on Jean-Éric Vergne came after a yellow flag board, a waving green flag preceded the maneuver. 'We are pleased, but not surprised, that the FIA has confirmed there is no case to answer regarding the 2012 Brazilian Grand Prix,' read a statement issued on the Milton Keynes-based outfit's official website.
